There several warning signs associated with identifying problems in aging adults: lack of self-care, memory loss, unusually unsafe experiences in their home, weight loss from malnutrition, depression, and immobility. Ageing might contribute to other conditions such as brain tumors, chronic alcohol use or abuse, stroke, delirium, and dementia.
Cognitive impairment occurs when an individual have a problem with their thought process. It affects an individual decrease in intelligence, mental functions, and having concentration difficulties.
